Dr Sharon Hook is the chiropractor and founder of Hook Chiropractic Spine Center, LLC conveniently located in the Rand's Plaza at 1843 Hooper Avenue Suite B Toms River, NJ 08753.
Dr "H", as many refer her to, is a "Jersey girl" born and raised in East Rutherford, NJ and moved to the Silverton section of Toms River, Ocean County in 1999 where she currently resides. She is the proud mother of two beautiful children Courtney and John Hook as well as two handsome dogs named Moose and Benji.
Dr "H" did her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University receiving her bachelor's degree followed by completing a Doctor of Chiropractic Program at New York Chiropractic College receiving her Doctorate of Chiropractic in December 1995. She went on to take and pass the national examination given by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She then passed the examination given by the State Board of New Jersey Chiropractic Examiners and received her New Jersey Chiropractic license on July 6th, 1998. She became a Certified Professional Billler passing the AAPC program in September of 2022 and is currently finishing her CPEP Posture Specialist certification training.
Whew! With all this education and 25 years of experience she continues to take continuing education classes to keep up with the ever-changing demands of the field of Chiropractic.
